|Knowing what's set to autostart with Windows

With Windows, it's often quite hard to tell what programs are going to get autostarted. There are loads of places they can hide the instructions to load, and it's generally a bit of a pain to track them all down to check.|
Today, I discovered this rather nifty tool. It's from SysInternals, who produce a range of tools to make windows do things it really ought to manage out of the box... Anyway, run the tool, up pops a window showing what's set to run, and a couple of clicks and you can disable the ones you don't want. Very handy.
